Please allow up to 6 business days for Dad and I to design and construct your order. We'll let you know as soon as your order has left the workshop!

Once your order has left the workshop you will be allocated a tracking number so you can keep up to date with your package's movements! Please allow up to 1 week for shipping, however postal services may experience delays over busy shopping periods! If you are based locally to the workshop you are welcome to collect your order for free. Simply select this option at checkout and we will provide you with the details!

As all 'With Love' pieces are made-to-order' we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. However if you have any issues with your order please don't hesitate to reach out to us at: hello@soulstudio.co.nz and we will do our best to assist!
